What’s the chocolate moulding machines used for?
1)Batch type tempering machine:Machine is specially for natural cocoa butter.Pre-set temperature for different process. e.g 55℃ for melting , 38℃for storing and serving. Then machine will automatically keep temperature at 55℃ when melting. After fully melted, heating system will stop working till temperature drops to 38℃ and will hold it at 38℃ for serving customer, Widely used in commercial and handmade chocolate/confectionery company, add with some parts and device(Enrobing parts,Depositing parts,Vibrating table)to make all kinds of chocolate products such as moulded chocolate, enrobed chocolate, hollow chocolate, truffle grind products etc.
2)Continuous type tempering machine: This type chocolate tempering equipment is designed according to the characteristics of cocoa butter and cocoa butter-like temperature-regulating grease. The vertical structure is used internally. The chocolate paste is input into the equipment from the bottom through the action of the pulp pump under the rated temperature. After setting the temperature, the continuous temperature changes through the five-stage cam structure, so that the taste is smooth, the light is outstanding, and the storage performance is good.
