The event was held from October 28 to November 1, 2023 at Hall 5 of Versaillles Gate, and is a eagerly anticipated gathering for industry participants and is also open to the public.
This years,the Salon du Chocolat will focus on showcasing French dessert cuisine, including some of the top international chocolate brands in Franch that have been identified, repressentatives from cocoa producing countries, and dedicated spaces for Japanese confectioners.
Organizers said that in five days in October, 500 participants were expected, including French and foreign chocolate manufacturers, store buyers, equipment suppliers, cover manufacturers and Cocoa bean suppliers. The event attracted over 100000 tourists during the long weekend in Paris.
From the begining, this chocolate festival pays tribute to the art of French pastry making. The Mondial du Chocolat & du Cacao et de la Patisserie is a showcase of professional knowledge. The 2023 edition will feature two new regions to celebrate culinary traditions, provided by iconic creativity and regional recipes.
“In the past thirty years, the Salon du Chocolat Paris has made the French captial a gathering place for all participants in the cocoa industry. Every year, enthusiasts and professionals gather to celebrate the exquisite craftsmanship and innovation in making this universal cuisine,” a spokesperson said.
