Salon Du chocolat de Paris, Pavilion 5 at Porte de Versailles from 28 October to 1 November 2023.
After two years of separation, Japanese chocolate masters will return to Paris to showcase and taste all their creativity. Bulit around a demonstration stage, the Espace Japon will introduce visitors to Japanese mastery by immersing them in the world of sweet gastronomy. Other culinary countries, such as New Zealand, Switzerland, Italy, Germany, Denmak, Cote d’Ivoire, Cameroon, Brazil, and Peru, will also showcase their exquisite skills in chocolate.
While the Salon du Chocolat tends to remain a meeting place for the public, the organisers said they are keener than ever to devolop the B2B village as a meeting place for professionals from all over the world, by encouraging exchanges and discussions between all the players in the cocoa sector.
Salon du Chocolat is located in Hall 5 of the Versaille Gate Exhibition Center in the southern part of the city, with an exhibition space of 20000 square meters. It is one of the largest chocolate events in the world, renowned not only as a trade event, but also with a rich program agenda, focusing on major industry issues, attracting over 1200 journalists and media decision-makers from around the world.
